THANK YOU!! & Weekend Rewind

I'm also blogging over at Basically Bre today so be sure to check it out! : )

*I just want to say thank y'all for all the comments, tweets & e-mails yesterday about the news I shared. Our family is devestated--it just really sucks to know that such evil exists. We learned last night that the bullet went straight through Wesley's heart :( A few local businesses have already raised over $10,000 as a reward for any tips leading to the arrest of Wesley's killer. You can read more about the story here. We are heading to Savannah this weekend to be with family.

This past weekend, like all of our weekends lately, was full of wedding festivities! Friday night Adam and I headed back to our hometown for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner for our good friends Kayla and Clayton.

The wedding was beautiful & the reception was so much fun.. we danced the night away as always!

They had a photo booth with tons of cute props.. we had a little too much fun! HA

Sunday we met our friends Callen and Scott at church for the first service and then headed to transit where we are small group leaders for the second service. Adam and I have been having so much fun as small group leaders this summer. I am so glad Adam moved up with his boys and is now in the middle school service with me.

After church we returned Adam's tux and then headed to my grandparent's house to celebrate my great grandmother's birthday!
{wearing our matching church shirts, ha}

I loved how the sky looked when I was walking Lexie after we got home!

Adam called around dinner time wanting to know if my parents and I wanted to meet him at Sr. Sol.. I got a quick yes from my parents and we were out the door. After dinner I convinced everyone to go to Menchies {as always!} I love hanging out with my parents & Adam : )

I am so happy we got to celebrate another great couple this weekend, but I am SO glad we are done with weddings for the summer--it is so much fun hanging out with our friends but it is TIRING!!

I hope y'all had a great weekend!
