bless be the tie + giveaway

I don't know about y'all, but I despise wearing my hair in a ponytail. For one, my hair is super thick and ponytail holders usually leave me with a horrible headache by the end of the day. Another reason is the ugly crease that regular ponytail holders leave in my hair. When I'm teaching I usually like to throw my hair up about half way through the day or when I'm working on the floor with my kids, but I'm always hesitant to do it because I don't want a crease in my hair.

When Katie from Bless be the Tie contacted me about reviewing her product I was thrilled! I love these type of hair ties but only had one (that was a free gift from Marley Lilly and was completely falling apart). The last week I have been wearing my hair ties during the school day and have been so pleased with their quality! Not only do I not have a crease in my hair at the end of the day, I also don't have a headache which is a HUGE perk for me!

I had to add this one--look at Hampton in the window!!! : ) : )

Katie was so sweet and let me pick out a set of hair ties to review AND a set to giveaway to one of my readers. 2. Love these! My hair is super thick also but super long so I like to pull it back but I also get headaches. Definitely looking into getting these :)

  3. Love your boots and card/sweater top. Where did you get them!? And yes, I love the new craze in hair ties being cute and less damaging to hair!

  4. Awesome! My hair isn't that thick, but it always leaves a kink in my hair too. I've started just putting a hairtie in loosely (and having to fix it every 15 minutes) so it doesn't do that.

  5. I have been eyeing this new trend for a long time now! They are so cute, and I love that there is no dent left in your hair. I throw my mess of a hair up so often and hate taking it down and looking like a disaster. Fingers crossed! :)

  7. I love these kind of hair ties, although I haven't tried them yet, but I think they're way more fun looking than regular hair bands!
